There's a range of activities for our younger visitors and their families from 10:00am to 4:00pm including:
Forest School
Drop in session on the field with an open fire and activities
Wild Trail
A family trail where you can explore Grove wood with eight activity boxes to find. Maps available during the weekend from the village hall and also downloadable for from the web.
Sherston 'I Spy'
Information, displays, 'hands on' activities and quizzes about wildlife & nature in Sherston
Clay Corner
Get creative with clay: foot prints, making animals, leaf prints
Snail Racing
At 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm there will be a snail race. Bring your own snail (local snails only). 30p to enter.
Children’s Photographic Exhibition
There will be a display of the children’s photographs in the Church

Sunday 18th May
BBC Wiltshire's Marie Lennon will be presenting her Wild About Wiltshire radio show live from Wild Sherston.
There will also be an exhibition of bird ringing at the Vineyard on the back road to Brook End from 10:00am to 2:00pm. One of the bird ringers was recently on BBC Countryfile!

There will be a special service in the Church for pets and their owners followed by a guest appearance by Darcy the Barn Owl (who was in the press for falling asleep in the village church at a wedding).

An opportunity for 1-5 year olds to explore and investigate nature through messy play. Activities using materials found in the wild.
